And you'll have to dive yourself in the swamp and destroy your-self to be marked yourself according to the management. - No work life balance, you have to work for 11 to 16 hours if your manager ask to do so. And its very common practice there. - You are not a human, you are robot. You have no feelings, you will never tied at any cost. You just do tik-tik on your laptop to code all the time without having any complaint.
