Config was a good company before the Covid period started. There were a lot of benefits but just before the covid period.
Cons
• Many late sittings, No work-life balance. • They say Confiz is an employee-oriented company. However, that is wrong they always listen to the client and ask the developer to give off-hours support to complete the work and they pay nothing for this. • If there is any issue reported, they will directly call you without checking the time even it's 11 PM. They should tell the client that the team is off now, the team would check on their day start. • You are a very good employee until you give support off-hours. If you refuse to give support off-hours, twice your all previous efforts will be considered 0. • Not pay a market competitive salary. • Before covid, if we do late sit they gave us 750 rupees as a complimentary meal. However, after covid, we gave a lot of extra hours support without any complimentary meal. • A lot of micromanagement. • Management will say that company is experiencing growth but on the day of giving increments or bonuses to the employee, they will mention in the email that the company is facing issues due to covid they are giving fewer bounces. • No activities for employees. • No eid/new year gifts for employees and they say Confiz is an employee-oriented company. Hahahaha • They introduced Employee Recognition Framework but gave awards to their favorite employees. A lot of favoritism was involved. Better to not give these awards because they are not giving this honestly to the deserving ones. • You have to work on the project as well as on the 6-month goals but you will not get time to work on the goals and when you will convey to your manager that you are not getting time for your goals they will say invest your personal time on goals. Seriously Man are you kidding.....
