      Horrible HR, management. They only care about the bottom line. They don’t want nurses to change departments or grow.

      Colleagues Holiday Pay Lot's of downtime Bob Senior employees in IT were always willing to help and teach. DeRuwe!

      Cons

      No growth whatsoever. Org talks a lot about wanting to be efficient and the need for employees to share ideas however when it comes down to it they do not care at all. Management is terrible. Was told word for word "If you want to move up in the company you're going to have to leave get experience and come back" that's exactly what I did, leave. No intentions of returning.
