Inept upper leadership, doctor first not people first

Nothing worth noting as pros. Some of the people are okay but most are just sheep and will sell you down the river if it helps them.

Cons

They are absolutely not patient first. Upper leadership makes decisions and funds things based on what has been promised to a particular doctor, not whats best for the patient. This makes overall care worse just to appease some very vocal and hard to please doctors. Usually the ones paying the price are patients, support staff, nurses, and MAs.
