Some great managers, co-workers. Learned a lot about health care.

Cons

Do not feel valued... Similar roles in other nearby facilities pay a substantial amount higher. There is also a high turnover due to low pay, and either direct management doesn't seem interested in advocating for fair compensation or upper management simply sees us as disposable.
