      Remote work great benefits, great team.

      Cons

      New CFO has a philosophy of around obsessing over the most minor details on a near minute by minute basis. All in the pursuit of excellence and growth according to him, however this obsession over the minute at such intense frequency, creates bloat in our working processes. Creating loads of additional work and providing additional value.
