Pros

Really great co workers and colleagues, benefits are solid, pay was good. Supportive in times of challenge or personal situations. The culture was caring.

Cons

Management tends to have significant turnover and not as transparent. Micromanaging and lack of support for work related challenges until its too late. It started well, but even before the pandemic change was observed and the best description I can give is it felt like “walking on eggshells”, which was the main reason I left as and that is not how I want to feel in a workplace. Also, they are currently working on diversity and more inclusion, but at a micro level, it needs much more development.
