Pros

A family type work atmosphere. Great culture. Help and opportunity when you ask for it. Good development opportunity for anyone looking to expand industrial healthcare.

Cons

Sometimes it’s a lot to juggle being only part-time. You really can’t be a reserved person or shy you must be able to communicate and have good conflict resolution skills. Some of the clients employees are always not receptive.
