great company. work life balance, protective of culture, self development, good people, decent benefits, nice office, entrepreneurial spirit, grass roots attitude.

Cons

terrible hr, office politics, one bad apple spoils the bunch in a small office environment, no safe guards for employee personal info, drawers just sit wide open. CEO is never around so he never sees this non sense
