Pay is market rate The patients were great!

Cons

They work you to death. Doubling up patients stacked up on multiple evaluations everyday with never enough time to spend with your patients. My boss told me “we do not provide 1 on 1 care.” They expect you to work off the clock to complete paperwork and coach you on how to manipulate the minutes in the company’s favor. This is more of a salute and execute type work environment.

Pros

Great culture from the top, down. They are always looking to improve upon the employee experience. Great benefits, especially for clinical staff. I feel valued and that what I say matters.
