1. Great people 2. Great systems in place 3. Great enablement 4. Great work life balance for hard workers 5. People who are hungry and have a drive to be successful, may have the opportunity of advancing being dangled in their face and then not followed through on and being let go. Great company to work for. Unfortunately some questionable leadership decisions led to a lot of good talent being canned. Seems to be the normal now a days.

Cons

1. Sketchy with layoffs now. I was a top performer and had my position eliminated 2. No more SDR org 3. Questionable leadership decisions recently

Salary is above market rate; PTO as well; but equity compensation is not very attractive.

Cons

My management changed 5 times in less than 2 years and I was moved to another team 3 times, ridiculous for a company of that size; this company is trying to find a way to become profitable in order to please investors - only means you...should avoid. Layoffs were intense and you will constantly feel there is a sword of Damocles above your head.
