Too many Directors, not enough people doing the core work Too quick to change strategy in a complex product category if there's a slight falter in sales - complex product and new category requires more longevity for a new audience Not enough focus on brand Definitely a 'favourites' culture - people recruiting their crew. Happens everywhere but seemed particularly prevalent a few years ago
