Compensations model is a growing book written by people who constantly have to invent something new to help polish the balance sheet. The corporate structure is characterized by the fact that people in middle management have yes-men among them who create lighthouses, preferably on a quarterly basis, without a sea around them. It seems that this company is increasingly incapable of growing organically because micromanagement numbers take precedence over process and the heart of the business - employees and customer centricity. Powdered sugar is sprinkled over the shark tank and people from different areas who can neither manage people nor have had any operational sales success and, if they have, it was a long time ago (and possibly in a similar structure, i.e. happy with a self-serving mechanic).
