I had a disappointing experience working at Confluent. The management practices were inconsistent and often lacked transparency. There was noticeable bias in decision-making, which made it difficult to feel valued and recognized for genuine contributions. Unfortunately, I also encountered issues with my direct manager, whose rude and unprofessional behavior created a challenging work environment. Overall, I would not recommend this company to individuals seeking a fair and supportive workplace. There is significant room for improvement in leadership quality, transparency, and employee treatment.
