      Pros

      overall comp is better than the avg software tech company out there, and i met a handful of decent coworkers.

      Cons

      my time there was rough. i came in as a backfill and i could see why it was a backfill right off the bat. the teams were not aligned internally and management was all over the place. i had 3 different bosses in the span of one year. the onboarding was pretty much a solo adventure and people got laid off left and right, so morale was never high.

      Pros

      Pays extremely well, especially if you live in a MCOL/LCOL area. Very flexible work life given it’s fully remote, with WeWork or local offices available if you want. Really nice people who treat others with respect. Good company for parents.

      Cons

      Vision and product roadmap seems to change and isn’t always clear. Opportunity feels like it’s there but the company/leadership’s ability to execute on it does not.
