      Seemed good in the beginning but vanished within months

      Cons

      Bad management. Selfish teams. Constantly changing decisions and goals. No growth, no culture, no work-life balance and constant fear (!!!)

      Pros

      Good place to work. Reasonable comp and relatively low stress depending on team/project. Employee turnover is generally low compared to similar orgs, ymmv.

      Not without growing pains. Cross team communication and vision can be misaligned.

      Great Product & CEO, Remote First, but Terrible Worklife Balance

      Pros

      Remote first company, which is great for folks who want to work in tech but not live in any of the expensive hub states. The product is great and the company is growing fast. Internal company info is easy to find.

      Cons

      Leadership (director level and above) on average are toxic and politics run rampant throughout leadership. Work/life balance is non-existent. People live to work, chemistry is hard to build on zoom calls, and going the extra mile is expected rather then encouraged. Company doesn't take work/life balance into consideration, taking away recharge days and in-office benefits.
