      Pros

      Invest in your career and have a lot of great people to collaborate with. A lot of great teams within the greater organization. Fun events and you learn a lot both within your team and other teams. A good place to network with some key SaaS people and learn from them. Lots of opportunities to make money in sales if you put in the time.

      Cons

      The President of the company is very cold. She seems to care more about her image in the market than her employees and those supporting GTM. This place would be much better with different key leader at the helm - that narrative exists outside of Confluent as well. Some pretty significant silos exist in the business.

      Definitely know how to party. Work hard play hard should be the mission statement. Met a lot of great people and was afforded great opportunities

      Cons

      Some managers weren't vetted well, very few but enough that can make life miserable.
