- Quota is super unrealistic highest majority of people don’t even get close to hit it.
- Poor training and enablement program
- Career progression is basically nonexistent
- There is other companies with much better pay and where people are actually humanly able to hit quota
- Constant feeling of disorganization
- Most people leave asap making turn over the highest I have ever seen
I don’t recommend working for this company. You will live an environment of high stress for not being able to hit quota and still be asked by management to push harder and make the numbers.
