You could get away with a lot of things because you see a lot of people taking advantage of company time

Cons

Would be easier to list pros every is a con. Management, how management treats employees, work load for hours work only increases while employees decreases, and if you aren’t older and consider young you get treated like a kid. The job is more like hs how they talk crap bout everyone

A lot of hard working front line workers that rarely gets support from their supervisor/manager. These workers helped me a lot when I need to complete some tasks.

Cons

To my awareness, there are a lot of favoritism within some department. Some of the supervisor/manager were just as lazy and incompetent as their subordinates. These people makes my job very stressful as I can't depend on them for clear information. All I get is excuses, lies and blames. Its an unnecessary headache everyday here.
