None. Stay away! Go elsewhere !

Cons

Patient specific implants are way too costly to produce. Lead times are unrealistic and and impossible to meet a surgery date all at the price of quality. Upper management wants to pump these out like widgets. Patients beware. Go elsewhere. This company should not be producing anything that will be implanted. They're looking for $$$$$. Spend yours elsewhere, especially when it's being implanted into your body

Pros

Good people within the company to work with and great products that are positioned to change the orthopaedic landscape. Backed by great teaching institutions and surgeon team.

Cons

Management can be very short sighted when dealing with this very competitive industry. They expect large growth but manufacturing can't support it as well as a lack of understanding how long it takes new products & companies in this industry to gain acceptance.
