Pros

Good benefits...literally that is it. The technology could be great if it was in the right hands.

Cons

The work culture completely depends upon what department you are in. Lay offs are currently happening at the company and the company has never been profitable so don't work here if you're looking for something stable and worthwhile. As others have said the employees are over worked and under appreciated.

It's a company with cutting edge technology. It's a good start for a entry level engineer. The work environment is good.

Cons

There is not a lot you can learn from you job. There is not lot opportunities to grow and gain experience.
