Where should we start.. Conformis Management simply does not care about their employees, nor does it appreciate the work that you do for them. The CAD Department is solely a production environment, in which they try to make you think that it is all about the quality of life for the patient, when it's really all about reaching, sometimes impossible, production numbers. Management will tell you that there are many non-production projects that you can work on, but the reality is that 99.9% of your day will be spent designing the same process, over and over again. Employees are dropping like flies, and due to poor gross margins, often no one replaces the gaps in production. Employees rarely have a problem working a long day every so often.. But when management sends emails every day not asking you if you can work on the weekend, but what day can you work on the weekend, your employees aren't very happy.
Also, the fact that we were recently told that very few will be hired in the next year, and instead that people from India are going to come, learn the process, and then go back to India and teach more people (But they insist it isn't outsourcing). And then the employees got in trouble for talking about the fact that they will be losing their jobs soon.
