Great product and a great place to start your career and the culture is above average but was slightly above average when it's location was in Burlington Ma.

Cons

Not enough career advancement. Lack of great leadership and direction. Going public! Not being able to retain great young talent.

Pros

Strong leadership team who are concerned with making organizational improvements continually and helping their employee's improve as well. Benefits were great, HR invested in employee programs and interests, strong salary for entry level positions.

Cons

Communication would sometimes be an issue, but I've had similar experiences with many organizations so they aren't breaking new ground in that department.
