I loved selling their truly unique technology; liked selling in the operating room and surgical suite; liked selling to orthopaedic surgeons.

Cons

Sales cycle is very long - 6 to 9 months to get a new doctor finally using your implants. The company is on you like crazy about hitting your quota and once you meet and exceed it, they say "great job! now you have to beat that by a lot this year to keep your job.

Great products, innovative technology, good benefits. The company is growing very quickly so there is a lot of opportunity to contribute if you are someone that likes to be involved in a variety of projects. The company is also still small enough that you are able to see the results of your work and efforts, which is rewarding if you have previously worked at larger companies.

Fast-paced environment where you will never be bored. The company still has a start-up feel to it due to the rapid growth they are experiencing. Great place to work if you like to be challenged and aren't afraid to come up with some new ideas. The products are really on their own level in the innovation department as there is nothing like it on the market. Company also offers very competitive benefits package.

Cons

There could be a bit more of a work-life balance.
