You do not want to work in the CAD Department

Peers are energetic and friendly. The technology seems promising.

Cons

Overworked with little recognition, upper management seems way out of touch with reality. No matter what you and your team does it is never enough, they always want and ask for more work. There is no actual design to this job, you will perform the same boring, repetitive tasks day after day. Then repeat it a few more time. You will be bored out of your mind after a year. After working there for years you will find out you gained no marketable skills.

Good people within the company to work with and great products that are positioned to change the orthopaedic landscape. Backed by great teaching institutions and surgeon team.

Cons

Management can be very short sighted when dealing with this very competitive industry. They expect large growth but manufacturing can't support it as well as a lack of understanding how long it takes new products & companies in this industry to gain acceptance.
