A few years ago this company had a meaning and cared somewhat about its employees. They would acknowledge each other when passing or know each other’s names and roles.

Cons

This company is absolutely redicous. They spend money in the wrong direction all of the time and then cut positions to make up for it. This year over 30 people were layed off 2 weeks before Christmas. This was due to the mistakes of the company yet again. Beware employees here are over supervised, overworked and underpaid. But make sure you add all of your talents to the HR appraisal software so that you will not get a raise or promotion! No you will get more responsibility! Most of those occupying high management positions are not qualified.
