Flexible hours. The first six months were an excellent experience, learning and designing devices to improve people's lives.

Cons

Zero transparency; managers who are deaf-eared and emotionally manipulative; supervisors who take credit for their direct reports' work; overemphasis on quantity over quality in making products whose supposed superiority is based on a premise of being high quality.
