      Pros

      I am proud to work for a company who has responded so well to the current COVID-19 pandemic. As I speak to friends and family who are less fortunate, it really shows how Congruex leadership and managers stepped up to the plate to communicate with us, keep us working, and ensure we all know what is going on.

      Cons

      Congruex is still a fairly new company, but it can feel big. This is also a plus because there is so much opportunity for improvement and enhancements.

      We really do take pride in our leadership, the work that we do and how our teams have really come together during the COVID-19 crisis. The WFH and Field photos have been great!
