      Pros

      I have been working with CHC, now part of Congruex for a number of years and have had a great experience. I have been able to develop and grow my knowledge in multiple areas of telecom design, in an environment that allows me to succeed at my pace. I am a huge fan of the environment where there is some flexibility in work schedule (life happens, and here I can work with that) as well as unit pay structure (the more proficient I can get the more $$ I can make!) I have seen the company grow both in size and in the number of clients it supports.

      Cons

      There can be some confusion with management decisions not being relayed all the way down - but if you ask the questions you can usually get an answer.

      Pros

      People were nice and there’s a pretty relaxed environment. For the most part you can show up and leave when you want as long as you do your work.

      Cons

      Benefits are terrible, workers are grossly under paid/ under trained and very little opportunity to advance your career. Morale at Congruex/CHC Consulting is super low (that’s what mass layoffs do I suppose). Limited and confusing communication from upper management, people are jumping ship left and right. The company is in a state of chaos, I cannot recommend avoiding the company enough.
