Pros

It’s all in who you work for here. I’ve had great management and not so great management. All in all I enjoy working here and have no complaints. The benefits are really good and there are a few perks that are really nice. I don’t participate in work activities after hours but they do have some nice events.

Cons

I don’t really have any complaints. I know of a few managers in other departments that shouldn’t be managers but my manager is top notch.

Pros

The best reason to work at Congruex might be if you don’t currently have a higher-paying opportunity or if you’re a recent graduate still exploring career options. It can be a place to gain experience and earn an income while you decide on your long-term path.

Cons

The work-life balance at this company is practically non-existent. Managers and assistant managers often set unrealistic targets and treat employees poorly, with little regard for their well-being. The senior management is ineffective, which is why the company has struggled to fulfill its promises of opening new branches in India, including in cities like Hyderabad and Bangalore. During my time there, employees seemed to follow orders without question, rarely speaking up or challenging directives, almost like sheep. We were frequently required to work 10-12 hour shifts, which was exhausting, and the company’s goal of achieving a 100% quality control score seemed to matter far more to management than employee welfare. Over the two years I was with the company, rewards and recognitions were drastically reduced. We were also asked to work additional hours during the week so management could avoid paying overtime on weekends. Managers would call on employees at all hours, creating a very challenging and often discouraging work environment.
