      The office location is great and includes paid parking.

      Cons

      The company has a high turnover rate, and the work culture is broken. Executive management lacks clear leadership and accountability, often leading with good initiatives but failing to deliver and execute. Management continues to fail by repeating the same strategies while ignoring feedback from employees.

      On time pay. Supportive team members.

      Cons

      Future growth is not there in this field. Company atmosphere and culture depends on the work they have in hand. If good amount of work, it will be good, if not, it will be depressing. I would suggest go for some other field, salary growth isn't much in this field.
