      Tremendous industry demand, and Congruex is stepping up to fill the market gap! Congruex is an essential company - as it is Communications. Leadership has demonstrated real care and concern for employees amidst COVID-19.

      Pros

      The Congruex Team in general has strong leadership, good communication, and is an experienced and strong company geared toward growth in the communications industry. In particular, the way that they have managed the COVID19 crisis has been impressive. They quickly adapted to work-from-home strategies, while keeping the field projects (safely) in full swing. They have stayed in front of challenges and kept the lines of communication open, even with the field employees, which has made us feel secure. There are contests and incentives available which encourage both the individual and the team environment.
