-God-awful benefits. Health insurance cost for people with families are so high that you simply can't work here. -Not a lot of paid holidays, skimpy vacation and sick policies. When branded as a tech company, you need to be competitive in the market. -Non-technical managers that simply have no business managing technical people and technical projects. -Completely tone-deaf CEO that believes that telling people they are doing a good job and offering them a "challenge coin" for going above and beyond will motivate them while simultaneously paying terrible wages and sub-standard benefits as the company is in the black for millions and millions of dollars. -Open offices where people are packed in to tight spaces with little amenity. -Mass layoffs, jobs relocated overseas, and no opportunity for advancement.

Company is a sinking ship, slashing salaries left and right only to hire more personnel overseas. Company is focused on obtaining smaller companies (engineering & construction) and laying off employees to outsource work -- even with this move, the company is unable to win bids crucial to keeping them profitable. Communication between management and employees is limited at best. Empty and false promises about direction and health of company. Very little if no opportunity for career advancement. Since this company was obtained by a private equity firm (Crestview Partners) and the original owner stepped away, company culture, morale, and overall job satisfaction has steadily declined. Not once did I ever feel like the company valued my time, effort, or productivity. I would not and do not recommend this company to anyone!
