15 inch laptop and wfh option are the only pros

Cons

Company doesnt provided salary equal to appraisal. Deducted the da of all employees who didnt opted work from office. Hence overall appraisal was not provided to the employees. Also work life balance is zero. I started day shift at 8am and signed off at 3am 🙂🙂🙂
