      Pros

      We have become a very strong and mindful company! Our concern and interest in our people, our residents, investors and partners has never been so focused as it is today. We have a willingness to request and listen to feedback, learn from our mistakes, face great challenge and to work collaboratively to continually improve! It’s amazing how much we have grown our passion to incorporate this attitude and willingness as part of our daily work.

      Cons

      Keeping up with all that we Want to Do when there is still so much we Have to do in our business. It’s a complicated business. It takes extra time and effort and it’s not for everybody. Lots of regulations. Lots of hoops to jump through and yes, outsiders to educate. But at the end of the day when you speak with a new resident who is so grateful for affordable home, it gives me chills and often tears. It’s WHY we do what we do.
