      Pros

      My time at Conifer was wonderful. I always felt heard and valued and that my contribution mattered. They took pride in their communities which made it easy to recommend to potential residents. Training and opportunity for growth were plentiful. All of management was easy to approach and receptive. 401k matching for part time work was an unexpected bonus!
