always changing and adapting to the growing needs of the company, meeting changing team member needs and being proactive to continue to be an industry leader. People who work here genuinely care about each other and the success of others individually and as a group. Leaders are approachable and most open minded. work environment is often handling urgent matters and there are high performance expectations but is collaborative, not rigid.
Cons
lots of change within the leadership and organization structure in the last 18 months have taken its toll on many employees who may have been concerned, confused. Ultimately, all companies go thru change. Most of us just don't handle it as well as others. Overall, all of the change has been for the good. The company is strong, the teams are motivated and we are all pretty excited to grow our careers here.
