Pros

Conifer has really invested in my personally and professional growth. I have been given numerous opportunities to further my skills pertaining to my role and have attended a number of conferences/training courses. Working in my department has been a great experience; learning about new tools and platforms that I would otherwise not know existed. I have become extremely well-versed in many aspects of the Company and feel I play an important role in the Company's overall success.

Cons

Although I feel I will be able to accelerate at Conifer quickly, I feel the pay is not as competitive as it could be. That being said, I think Conifer represents an average pay scale according to Rochester.

Opportunities for professional development and career growth Flexible, approachable leadership Beautiful regional office and awesome walkable location Great coworker relationships Growing company

Cons

Interdepartmental communications could be better. I feel like this is something Senior Leadership is working on improving. No maternity/paternity benefits. You have to pay for casual days.

Good opportunity for from within growth as it is fast growing company.

Cons

Paid time off is hard to earn and if the office is closed for reasons out of our control we have to use our own PTO hours if we want to be paid.
