Cons

They do not offer proper training and there is little to no support when you have questions or issues. Then you are penalized for not knowing things. The pay scale between sites vary for the same position and negotiating for a raise can be very intense and the haggling for your hard work and a raise can be extremely frustrating.

Learning and growing your experience in affordable housing

Cons

If you work at the corporate office…be prepared to be dragged for the mud for simply existing. This company is full of drama, and gossip. The company will turn their head as long as money is coming in. Will fire people based off and hearsay and let the gossiping continue.

Cons

poor regional staff, often blame site staff for errors they are responsible for and don't hold people accountable. High turn over and burn out because focus is on employee fringe benefits, not employee performance.
