Creating an office space that is your own, gaining supervising experience, creating resident relations, learning more about affordable housing, using the system YARDI that is common among most companies.

Cons

Low pay (compared to other companies/jobs), stressful position considering the low pay, you have to be a self-starter because you get thrown into the position with minimal training/ have to teach yourself. Conifer does many surveys/asks employees what they can change, but then we don't see the change we ask for.

The EVP in the Property Management group is the poorest leader I’ve ever seen in 20+ years. Cares about himself only since he came in April 2018. Many have left with many more to come due to the abusive and toxic environment he creates and fosters. Thinks nothing about belittling managers in front of their subordinates. I could go on and on....heartless!!
