Pros

Your colleagues are people that are very nice (non-management).

Cons

The managers/directors are very good at hiding the truth and have deep prejudices.

Pros

- Good Work Life Balance At Times

Cons

- There is no scope of support for anything in this department they will train you on billing for maybe two days then throw you to it and expect you to know how every agency operates. So when they send back emails asking for revisions they asked for a month ago and they are addressing you without you knowing what happened inthe past is overwhelming thats just billing when it came to collections there was no training at all they said look at this spreadsheet and call people asking for money. I asked multiple times for help with understanding the collections and aging but they would forget or not show up to the meeting and say they would reschedule. THIS WAS WITH ALL MANAGEMENT - Management has no idea what they are doing every month the agencies we would be billing would change, They would move people in the middle of billing and then bring in outside help from other depts because of their decision making skills. If you type in the main chat they will ignore you most of the time I had a whole separate group chat with two other co workers just for us to ask questions because we knew there they would be answered. - Insurance isnt that great either, so not really worth it to stick around - The stress is not worth the working from home it is nice for a bit but then it wares off, and you see the cracks in management.

Pros

Good pay, Decient benefits fun incentives occasionally.

Cons

If you have health issues and try to work with them they will just try to get rid of you. Retaliation is a thing and HR will bowl out over.
