Nothing! this job is everyday misery. It's so low paying you won't be able to afford your bills. You will be too tired to add in find side gigs.

Cons

Low, uncompetitive pay and it's an unlivable wage for the area! No bonuses or pay increases. High expensive cost of basic benefits taken out of your paycheck Role overload! Your position will have a slash in the title because you will be doing the jobs of everyone who was laid off! Very hard to take any time off.

When working in office and not remote, Manager ignored male sales person who made sexual comments to female employees,which she chose to ignore. Should have addressed it then as it was noticed by many employees and nothing was done about it
