      Pros

      I've been with the company for a little less than a year and my experiences have been very positive. My direct supervisor was incredibly supportive during my first few months here, answering any questions I had, and really helping me grow. I was promoted into a manager role for the company and work with all departments now. If you work hard, show that you are committed, and are team-oriented, you can succeed here.

      Cons

      Change can be a great thing, but it feels like things are rolled out so urgently at times and this can create more stress or pressure for those that are impacted.

      The managers are lazy. They give you an attitude if you ask them for help with something. They think their better than the agents under them They punish the agents for having their phones out on their desk, yet management keeps their phones on their desk. Management even answers their cell phones on the floor. The director makes all of the agents uncomfortable. The agents of African decent all feel as though the director is a racist. Management treats their agents like children. Management talks to their agents in such a disrespectful, condescending manner.
