      None, there are no pros unless you are desperate and need a job

      Management is a joke. I had more experience then my supervisor at the time. Super ghetto. too many calls, not enough pay.

      Pros

      I loved talking to customers and I also loved helping them troubleshoot their devices. Most of the time, it was an elderly person who was very kind. Some were very confused. But, they were mostly really pleasant to talk to.

      Cons

      Main bosses only cared about numbers - not the customers. And not everyone got the same training outside of the training school, which was pretty extensive. I was flexible but the rules changed according to which boss you were talking to.
