Hybrid work environment but that’s about all

Cons

They had no direction as to what needed to be done. Just a bunch of clean up work once you transitioned over from Philips LLC. Just a bunch of out of date revenue they were trying to retrieve but where upset when it couldn’t be recovered.

Lunch provided, no need to think or care just follow orders by jmanagement, good if you are in the in-crowd or a yes-man and want to go back to office life in the 1970s

Cons

executive leadership and HR doesnt even pretend to care constant ongoing IT issues raging office politics, politics overakl, in-clubs, and silos

Some employees are just great- that's all the positive there is.

Cons

Very questionable hiring/ firing tactics. VERY questionable people in some management positions- who look and act like high school cheerleaders- and not the nice ones. I wonder how they have lasted at this company?? hmmm.... I was not in sales, I did assist sales though and was one of the folks that distributed leads. I was always told exactly who to continuously "feed" the "good" leads to- and these folks hardly needed help. It should have been an even distribution - (unless someone has a disciplinary issue)- but it never was. Good leads only ever went to about 5 people there and the garbage leads were recycled and re-fed to the other 80% of the sales staff.
