There are lot of unrewarded, smart, knowledgeable, people at the bottom but those who shine are not rewarded for their efforts. Hard work won't get you too far here. Just more pats on the back if you're lucky. The culture is very high school as well. Nepotism, quid pro quo, lie on your back for a buck (or stomach) are what comprises management. Positions are created out of thin air for those folks. At the same time, people are being laid off. Many of their best people from department to department also leave due to a pay structure that is very unrewarding. So in other words, you can get a raise but you just have to be in the right click to get one, e.g., HR. There have been multiple streams of layoffs within the last few years. The clique people survive while others disappear.
The company is run by a bunch of amateurs pretending to be serious professionals. Read the reviews. They are on the verge of running the company into the ground. I wouldn't be surprised if they closed the doors in the next year or so. The management are not cohesive, the company has no real strategy for customer retention. Take the job if you need it to pad your resume but otherwise it isn't a serious place and you won't be working for serious people. You'll surely be asking yourself a lot, "How did he/she get this job?"
The benefits are disgraceful. Honestly, I'd keep them a secret just to keep people from outright laughing at how bad they are.
A lot of 'diversity' at the bottom. None at the top. No growth opportunities either unless your in a clique.
