Pros

Excellent working conditions, room for improvement, lots of incentives to gain prizes, there is really NO room for saying more that I have

Cons

Getting the house spiel down pat, do the correct paperwork on a nightly basis, makes no sense to do the minimum production, as long as management is willing to give you incoming lines you have the opportunity to do increased sales

Grateful to be Gone

Pros

Pay was OK, Working remote was great.

Cons

Recycling leads, having to convince people why raising their price by $5 for their Medical Alert System now will (fingers crossed) save them money in the long run... a joke... Having to listen to employees with thick accents scam the elderly by charging them more for irrelevant products without their full understanding of what's even going on.

Loss Sight of Mission

Pros

Not much to say here

Cons

Mission to serve seniors and those persons with disabilities is no longer valued. The bottom line and short cuts to make more money is the new mission. No culture and no investment in employees anymore.
