When I can leave for the day.

Health insurance is expensive and provides very limited coverage and there is an expensive spousal surcharge of over $1200 in addition to the monthly fees for insurance. Constant lay offs, firings, and ongoing "restructuring" of jobs and policies, and outsourcing. Reviews but no raises even for high performance. The billing system is an inefficient mess, that has constant issues which shouldn't be happening. It is truly heartbreaking to speak with elderly hospice patients regarding billing system issues often we are unable to provide a clear ETA on refunds.
