The training provided by the company is comprehensive and covers all aspects of the job. Makes it easy to do the job.

Cons

Sometimes Sr management doesn't seem to care or listen to anyone who isn't Sr. Management and they don't have accountability to anyone.

You can work remote The health insurance offered is pretty good Over time Availablity They give fantastic employee discounts

Cons

Be repaired to listen to people cry and scream. The bonuses are mediocre, and missing as little as 2 hours of work can impact numbers enough to disqualify you for a bonus. If there are technical issues on their end or yours, you must be on call and immediately available should the problem be fixed, but you are not paid for this time. Favorites are picked and given the best calls through management insists otherwise. Overtime required No Upward Mobility
