Pros

Flexibility and ability to allow voice to be heard. The knowledge gained from training and the experience helps you to work in other areas to assist customers. The opportunity to change to other depts that maybe a better fit for your strengths. You have the ability to take additional courses. You have a direct line of communication. Management allows opportunities to help you before giving up on you which is amazing.

Cons

The techincal call flow issues can be tedious at times with , but speak up and notify management and IT will correct any issues. Do so as soon as toubhave an issue and don't way or could count against you. Other than that no problems
